This survey is intended to report on New York City area repair shops only. If you don't see your boro or county listed in the shop locations table, don't post it. The survey is also limited to repair shops. If you have a problem with a purchase of a motorcycle or motorcycle accessory, this isn't the place for it.
If you post a review please be factual. In the case of a negative experience please minimize flaming. Describe the problem you attempted to have fixed, what you were promised, the name of the mechanic (if possible), the price quoted, the parts needed and the time taken to fix the problem. Please don't include hearsay, character assasination or second-guesses about what they should have done.
Potentially libelous reviews and those lacking informational quality will be removed.
The comments made by survey submitters are theirs alone and in no way reflect the opinion of management of this system. Management assumes no liability for errors or misstatements made by submitters and will remove any surveys which in management's opinion are unfairly malicious or grossly inaccurate.
SHOP OWNERS: this is not the place to advertise yourself. For fairness, we will allow equal time for a shop to publically dispute any critical reports. Any shop caught promoting themselves will be exposed here and on the NYC Motorcyclists mailing list.
