My first real motorcycle: a 1971 Honda CL350 Scrambler. This was shot in the driveway of my R&B band's commune-ethic house in Quogue, Long Island after riding back from Christmas with my family in Virginia (yup, that's snow... you shouldda seen the NJ Turnpike three hours earlier). I never had a lick of trouble with this terrific bike, unlike a couple of others I could mention. In 25,000 miles, it never required anything more than oil. Unfortunately, it died when a NYC Sanitation truck backed over it thirty minutes before its buyer came to deliver the check.
